At our 40,000 square foot fabrication facility in Miami, Florida, we are capable of handling, moving, welding, and expertly fabricating a wide range of very heavy, bulky, and irregularly-sized components.

Our Handling, Welding, and Fabrication Capabilities Include:

A total of 3 acres of lay-down space, including 40,000 square feet of covered fabrication and heavy machining space
Bays of 200′ by 100′ and 190′ by 100′ for the easy movement of large components into and out of our facility
Direct rail access for delivery of large assemblies to be repaired at JC Machine and out shipment to customers of completed large components and assemblies
Routine handling of metal components over 40 feet in length
Lifting, roll bending, welding, and working of plate steel up to 40,000 pounds
Longstanding contracting experience with local crane companies for lifts heavier than 40,000 pounds
