Gear Rack & Pinion Assembly
JC Machine delivers effective, top-quality gearing solutions which are custom tailored to our customers’ requirements. We are capable of hobbing and cutting gears up to 22 feet in diameter with up to 40-inch face width to suit an array of unique heavy uses. We also produce gear blanks, segmental gear racks, flat gear racks, pinions with both internal and external teeth, and smooth and splined shafts.
